Top Kratom Potentiators
I conducted research on the top kratom potentiators by reviewing various sources, including Reddit discussions and articles from websites like kratom.org, nootroholic.com, and katsbotanicals.com. There was a fair amount of consensus among the sources regarding the most common and effective potentiators for kratom. However, individual experiences may vary, and some users may not find all potentiators effective.

- Citric acid works immediately to help to ‘digest’ part of the Kratom to allow for more to hit the bloodstream at once. Freezing Kratom tea until the red bubble appears is a mile stronger because it helps break down the cell walls
- Grapefruit can interact with medications; high in vitamin C and low in fructose, but it can increase plasma concentrations of several different drugs

Kratom enthusiasts use various substances to “potentiate” kratom’s effects like grapefruit juice, turmeric (curcumin), black pepper (piperine/Bioperine), Moringa oleifera, Agmatine, L tyrosine, CBD, and any drink with citric acid.

Freezing kratom powder and then preparing it using the “Red Bubble” method increases potency 2-3 fold depending on the quality of your powder and the specific strain. This allows you to use smaller doses of kratom without decreasing the level of efficacy that you’re used to
- Red Bubble Tek Kratom - mixes water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, and fresh boiled water. Let cool 20min then put in freezer overnight or 8 or so hrs.
- Some users have tried relatively unknown supplements like 2-DCK (10 x more powerful than Agmatine) and Magnesium bis glycinate, Vitamin D, and NAC which are best for tolerance issues, reduce anxiolytic, antidepressant, antipsychotic, stimulant, and cognitive function
- Drink BaiCalm caps that have Curcumin and Piperine which supposedly helps potentiate kratom and the other stuff in it synergizes well with kratom
- Some Reddit members warn that grapefruit juice can be potentially life-threatening depending on what you take as it affects the metabolization of a lot of prescription drugs.
