My research process involved examining several Reddit discussions related to AI tools and interfaces for generating NSFW stories. The sources I analyzed were relatively recent, with discussions ranging from 5 to 6 months ago. There was a fair amount of consensus on some popular alternatives, but the quality and usability of these options varied. Based on the information gathered, I am moderately certain about the recommendations provided below.

"Build your own bot with uncensored models"
- The webpage talks about a tutorial/toolkit that helps in spinning up a bot with open source language models capable of writing NSFW stories.
- The toolkit doesn’t require coding skills, and it is aimed at those who do not know how to code.
- The language model that the toolkit uses is censored, and it is called Vicuna.
- For those who do not want to use Vicuna, they recommend using Silly Tavern + Extras, which has memory, allowing the usage of larger models for text-to-speech (TTS) or stable diffusion.
- Silly Tavern + Extras has over 4k+ context if one has the memory.
- The text mentions that the AI making images of your roleplay has applications to the subject matter of the subreddit.
- One user comments thanking the poster for posting to r/CharacterAI_NSFW and advises them to follow the subreddit rules and check out their Wiki/FAQ for more information on filter bypasses, user scripts, and general CharacterAI guides.
- Another user comments their preference for Silly Tavern + Extras over Vicuna due to the ability to use larger models with TTS or stable diffusion and the memory capacity.

- The webpage is a post on the subreddit r/ChatGPT.
- The title of the post is “So what are some of the best AI-based chatbots and image generators that are both completely FREE, and have little or no censorship/restrictions?”
- The post is submitted 5 months prior to the current date.

- They would like to find similar image generation apps that can produce cool and detailed images and understand more complicated prompts without producing weirdly random and asymmetrical abominations.
- The author also mentions issues with moral/ethical guidelines of most AI-based chatbot apps based on ChatGPT, even for mild and tame stuff.
- They want an alternative to ChatGPT-style apps that have complex AI and functions, but without “infantilizing nanny mode that gives you way too little freedom or arbitrarily denies half of the requests you give it.”
- One commenter suggests AI Dungeon, a free, AI-assisted storytelling app that has NSFW-friendly and privacy-centric policies and can generate adult-oriented stories.
- Another commenter suggests Dezgo, a free image generation tool that is generally NSFW-tolerant with some features behind a paywall.
- OnlyFakes is another free image generation tool specifically for NSFW content, but it just recently changed to a paid service.
- The public Discord server mentioned in the post has free Chatgpt bot, Bing chat bot, and AI image generator bot.
- It also has several new additions including GPT-4 bot, Anthropic AI(Claude) bot, Meta’s LLAMA(65B) bot, and Perplexity AI bot.
- The Discord server is quite active and has a friendly community.
- A bot advises contacting the moderators of r/ChatGPT if one has any questions or concerns.
- There is a PSA at the end of the post instructing to email support@openai.com for any ChatGPT-related issues.
